General Conditions
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. Some GTFF events may have age restrictions. If so, we will point this out specifically in the event description. Entrance to events is subject to venue capacity regulations.

Warranties & Responsibilities
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product or service purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product or service. If we are unable to repair or replace the product or service within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product or service to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products or service to you, and you will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Right to Suspend or Cancel
We may permanently or temporarily limit, terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

Purchase Terms & Conditions
Shipping Policies
Merchandise purchased from the GTFF Shop are processed in US Dollars and will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. Shipping timelines are provided to us as estimates by the shipping companies we use.
We ship worldwide, except to a small handful of countries, using Canada Post. For shipments within Canada and the continental USA, we provide you with a shipment tracking number. For international destinations, we present you with options for shipment at checkout.
Shipments to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to customs charges, duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Note that a possibility exists that your order could be detailed in customs.

All online orders are final sale. There is no cancellation, refunds or exchanges for event tickets. Tickets are good only for the screening for which they are issued. Tickets and Passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-transferable or re-sellable.

Ticket Sales and Availability
Advanced Ticket and Pass sales are in limited supply, and subject to availability. Depending on the number of seats available, some tickets may be sold at the venue approximately 30 minutes before each screening. RSVP’ing on Facebook or otherwise for a film screening or Festival event does not ensure a seat or ticket is reserved. You must have an actual valid physical ticket or pass in order to enter screenings and events.
Events and Screenings
You must present a valid ticket or pass to gain admittance to an event or screening. Please arrive at your venue a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of the screening to ensure seating. Standing at the back of the theatre or sitting in the aisle is not allowed. Following each screening, we ask that you leave the cinema and lobby so that we can prepare for the next screening. Latecomers with valid tickets or passes will be seated only at the discretion of theatre staff, if seats are available. There will be no admittance 15 minutes after the start of a program.
The film start time and length listed on the Festival web site and programme guide represents the best available information at press time and is for your convenience only. Length of film does not include film introductions or Q&A sessions following the screening. Screenings and schedules are subject to change without notice.
GTFF is committed to honouring its show schedule. All indoor performances will proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. Outdoor performances may be cancelled if they are deemed to be too hazardous to continue.

By attending a GTFF event, you agrees to being photographed, filmed or recorded in the event venue and to the publication, reproduction and other use of all photographs, video or other recordings of your voice or likeness without further notice or compensation in any publicity or advertisement carried out by, or on behalf of, GTFF in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.
Waiver
By reading this and/or using a GTFF Ticket or Pass, you waive and release NARAT Incorporated from all claims you may have against NARAT Incorporated for any loss, damage, injury, liability or expense you may suffer, arising from your presence at the event venue due to any reason. Please be mindful that many of the GTFF events events take place in public establishments, as such, please protect your personal items, accordingly. In no event will NARAT Incorporated be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits or funds arising from use of our services and/or the attendance of our events. whatsoever, including those arising from personal injury, property loss/damage or death.
